You will be able to deliver tokens by minting them. Only token owner should be able to mint. You may also disable minting should you don’t want to make tokens any longer.Your Token should have Roles. Accounts with "MINTER" role should be able to mint new tokens. Accounts with "ADMIN" function should be able to increase or remove roles to minters
